Customer Service

Ink System
Many of these online companies are very creative when it comes to marketing different inks. We keep it simple and straight forward. We use Rutland inks for retail-ready prints. They have been in the industry since 1962.
Equipment
We use M&R presses to ensure customers receive the highest quality print in the industry. M&R is the industry leader when it comes to textile printing. We also use Barudan 6 head 15 needle embroidery machine.
Pantone Matching
We can match any Pantone color utilizing the Rutland mixing system. Rutland is licensed by Pantone and is the worldwide leader in Pantone reproduction.
Screen Fee's
We don't have any. It's that simple!!!
Minimum Order
We have a minimum of 24 pieces for screen printing, and we have NO MINIMUMS for Embroidery.
Tom helped design and produced over 300 shirts for our staff for a breast cancer walk. He was very patient and helpful while working with me to get our design just right. Tom was able to make and ship out our shirts in a timely manner. We will definitely be using his service again!
